Waste Management of Canada Corporation (WM) is pleased to announce the formation of the West Carleton Environmental Centre Public Liaison Committee (WCEC PLC). The PLC is comprised of the Councilors of five west-end wards of the City of Ottawa, two representatives of WM, two representatives of the local business communities, and three representatives of the public. The members of the WCEC PLC are:

• Clarke Kelly, Councilor Ward 5, City of Ottawa (Chair)
• Glen Gower, Councilor Ward 6, City of Ottawa
• Allan Hubley, Councilor Ward 23, City of Ottawa
• David Brown, Councilor Ward 21, City of Ottawa
• Cathy Curry, Councilor Ward 4, City of Ottawa
• Ross Wallace, WM Representative
• Wayne French, WM Representative
• Greg Leblanc, Business Representative
• Janet Mason, Public Representative
• Lauren Ashe, Public Representative

The PLC will provide input and guidance to WM on matters pertaining to development and ongoing operation of the WCEC, including the proposed disposal and diversion facilities. Below is a copy of the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the WCEC PLC.
